The Lymphedema Treatment Act pin was designed by Ellen Ward. Ellen is a professional graphic designer and like Heather Ferguson, she is a constituent of Congressman Kissell. She contacted Heather after hearing about her work and the introduction HR 4662, wanting to contribute to our cause.
