The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Shipping & Delivery
- SHIPPING: Shipping charges are determined by totaling the number of items in the entire order. Unless otherwise noted, shipping charges will be $7 for the first item, and $3.00 for each additional item. All orders are shipped via FedEx, except international orders (see below). EXCEPTION: "Specialty Items", such as Alert Bracelets and Alert Necklaces are shipped via USPS, and receive FREE shipping.
ORDER DELIVERY OPTIONS: Orders are processed within 1 - 3 days of receipt of your order. To place a RUSH order, please contact us at 415-908-3681.
BULK ORDER SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Please call our office at 415-908-3681 for any orders in excess of 10 pounds.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER: The system does not support the use of billing/shipping addresses located outside of the United States. You must enter a US address in the first page of the checkout (billing information) and then click continue, you can either contact us at 415-908-3681 or via email at nln@lymphnet.org with your actual billing/shipping address; you may also type your foreign address information in the "Special Instructions" text box, located on the "Shipping Method & Instructions" page during checkout. All international orders are shipped via postal mail.

In the Special Instructions section of the order form, please enter your full name, your address, phone and fax number(s), email address (again – you should have entered your email address in the main email field in the form earlier). This way we will know this is a foreign order and we’ll be able to ship to you without any problems.
